Deposits and Customer Service Manager

JSC “The First MicroFinanceBank” is seeking to hire qualified, motivated and experienced professional for the position of Deposits and Customer Service Manager for its head office in Dushanbe.

The incumbent of the position is responsible for full Deposit and customer service control and promotion, implementation of policies, procedures and deposit related products, compliance with regulations, reporting on deposit and customer service, relationship with customers, evaluation of products and services, staff capacity building and ensuring products efficiency and staff productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

— University degree in Economics, Finance or Banking

— At least 4 years of experience in banking, preferably in deposit and customers service;

— At least 2 years of management experience;

— Demonstrated capacity of managing staff in a challenging environment;

— Proficient in Tajik, Russian and English;

— Good familiarity with local legislation;

— Strong math and analytical skills;

— Strong marketing and communication skills;

— Superior computer skills as normally required by the Bank.
